Community Involvement

Wells is committed to being a good corporate citizen in the communities in which we live and work by contributing our time,
talent, and resources. As a company, Wells supports nonprofit community organizations each year through a multitude of
corporate giving activities, including monetary, sponsorship, and product donations.
Wells provides donations to organizations and/or projects that reflect company values and complement business priorities.
Support to various organizations and initiatives exemplify the company's philanthropic commitment to enhance the communities
in which we do business.
Generosity of Wells’ employees, along with a corporate gift, has designated the company as a major contributor to the
United Way. In addition, Wells and its employees are regular supporters of
disaster relief efforts through the American Red Cross.
The number of requests that Wells receives far exceeds the number we are able to support. Due to limited resources,
it is necessary for us to consider each request and determine how to best allocate our support.
At this time, Wells is currently not accepting unsolicited monetary or sponsorship requests.
In-Kind Product Donations
Organizations or groups looking for packaged ice cream or frozen novelty product donation must submit
their request at least 30 days in advance of the event through the online donation request form (link provided below).
Requests not received at least 30 days in advance will not be considered. Generally, in-kind product is provided for
fundraising events only and preference is given to organizations that:
- Are registered charitable organizations that demonstrate meeting a community need.
- Make a significant contribution to the well-being and vitality of community life.
- Focus on health and nutrition, education, community service, youth activities, cultural, and/or environment.
- Are located in the communities of company operations.
Submit a product donation request.
Requests will be reviewed and a decision emailed within 30 days of receipt.
